Terms & Conditions
Scribal Profit and Funding | Effective April 2026
By sharing your affiliate link or promoting any workshop, digital product, or service offered by Tremaine Lightbourn, hereafter Tremaine Raisa, trading as Scribal Profit and Funding Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them fully before you begin promoting.
1. Participation
Participation in the Scribal Profit Affiliate Program is by invitation only. Affiliates are selected at the discretion of Tremaine Lightbourn, founder. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee a minimum number of promotional opportunities or earnings.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. By participating, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Commission Structure
Commission rates are assigned by product category as follows:

Workshops: 40% of the verified sale total

Digital Products: 20% of the verified sale total

Services: 10% of the total project value, paid from the client’s non-refundable deposit
Commission amounts are calculated based on the purchase price at the time of sale. Discounted prices, where applicable, will affect the commission amount proportionally.
3. Verified Sales & Referral Tracking
A verified sale is one that is confirmed as a legitimate transaction referred by your unique affiliate link or, where payment is processed off-platform, confirmed directly with Tremaine Raisa.
For workshops where payment is processed via bank transfer, referrals are confirmed manually. You are responsible for ensuring referred buyers mention your name at the point of registration. Tremaine Raisa will make reasonable efforts to confirm referrals, but cannot guarantee commission on sales where no referral confirmation exists.
4. Disqualified Commissions
A commission will not be paid in the following circumstances:

Self-referrals — purchasing through your own affiliate link

Coupon or discount code abuse, including sharing codes in violation of any terms communicated to you

Fraudulent, disputed, or unverifiable transactions

Sales that cannot be confirmed as originating from your referral
5. Refunds & Commission Protection

All sales across all categories are final. Your commission is protected as follows: Workshops: No refunds are issued. Commission is always paid on confirmed sales. Digital Products: No refunds are issued. Commission is always paid on confirmed sales. Services: Commission on services is calculated from the non-refundable deposit as received. If the deposit is not paid in full, commission will be calculated at 5% on the amount actually received. If no deposit is received, no commission is owed or paid. Any post-deposit client exit, early termination, or refund dispute does not affect your commission. It will not be clawed back. |
6. Payout
Affiliate commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer. Payment is made within 7 days of the end of each calendar month for all verified sales confirmed during that month.
To receive payment, you are required to submit your banking details to Tremaine Raisa upon joining the program. Banking details can be forwarded to info@scribalprofit.com. It is your responsibility to ensure your banking information is accurate and up to date. Tremaine Raisa is not liable for misdirected payments resulting from incorrect information provided by the affiliate.
Commission must reach a minimum of $50 before payment is issued,otherwise it rolls into the following month.
Commission on services is paid as soon as the deposit is confirmed and cleared, and is not subject to the monthly cycle.
7. Promotional Conduct
As an affiliate, you agree to the following:

Promote honestly and accurately — do not make claims about the workshop, product, or service that are not supported by the materials provided to you

Use only the promotional materials provided, or content you create that is consistent with the brand voice and messaging guidelines

Do not spam, mass-message strangers, or engage in any promotional tactics that could damage the reputation of Tremaine Raisa

Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable law or platform guidelines (e.g., using #ad or #affiliate on social media)

Do not offer unauthorised discounts, bonuses, or incentives on behalf of Tremaine Raisa
Tremaine Raisa reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time if promotional conduct is deemed off-brand, misleading, or harmful, with or without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All promotional materials provided to you — including flyers, graphics, captions, and copy — remain the intellectual property of Tremaine Raisa. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the specific workshop or product they relate to. You may not alter, repurpose, or redistribute these materials for any other purpose.
9. No Guarantee of Earnings
Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee any specific level of earnings. Commission is earned only on verified sales made through your referral. Tremaine Raisa makes no representations about potential income.
10. Changes to These Terms
Tremaine Raisa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes. Continued participation in the program following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in accordance with Bahamian law.
